One operation. Many disconnected handovers.
Operational information is often spread across systems, messages and people. YardCtrl is being designed to connect the operational workflow.
One journey. Connected from start to finish.
YardCtrl is being designed around the full operational journey of an inbound or outbound truck. Each step carries the same movement forward, so information does not have to be recreated at every handover.
Concept preview — illustrative screens and fictional data. YardCtrl is not yet a released application.
Transport Request
One request. A clear starting point.
The planner records the movement, goods and destination. The same request follows the truck through every handover.
Built around the operational journey.
The current product concept is being validated around the following capability areas.
Transport Planning
Create and structure inbound and outbound truck movements.
Carrier Collaboration
Keep carrier coordination connected to the planned movement.
Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate arrivals with available operational capacity.
Driver Communication
Provide instructions, status information and relevant updates.
Gate Operations
Connect truck arrival and check-in with the expected movement.
Yard Visibility
Understand where trucks are and what should happen next.
Dock Coordination
Coordinate the transition between yard, dock and warehouse.
Loading & Unloading
Track operational progress while the truck is being processed.
Documents & Release
Connect documentation with operational completion and departure.
Operational Analytics
Identify waiting time, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Start simple. Connect as you grow.
YardCtrl is being designed to work alongside the systems, data sources and operational tools a company already uses. It can begin with simple data inputs and progressively become more connected as the operational environment and integration requirements evolve.
01. Start with available data
Begin with practical inputs that are already part of the operation.
- Manual entry
- Excel / CSV
- Structured data imports
- Carrier access
02. Connect business systems
YardCtrl is being designed to exchange operational information with existing business and logistics systems, including:
- ERP
- WMS
- TMS
- Security software
- Other operational platforms and data sources
03. Connect the physical operation
As greater real-time visibility is required, YardCtrl is intended to support connections with technologies used across the facility and transport environment, such as:
- ANPR / cameras
- GPS / Telematics
- RFID
- Sensors
- IoT devices
Designed with changing transport documentation in mind.
YardCtrl is being designed for an environment in which transport documentation is becoming increasingly digital.
For the Serbian market, this includes considering future interoperability requirements around eOtpremnica and ePrijemnica.
Any such integration will depend on available technical interfaces, regulatory requirements and successful implementation testing.
No completed, certified or production integration is currently claimed.
Operations with frequent truck movements.
YardCtrl is currently being validated with organizations where inbound and outbound truck movements are an important part of daily operations.
ABOUT
Lite Version d.o.o. is a software company focused on building clear, practical and adaptable digital products.
We believe useful software starts with understanding how a business actually works — its people, processes, information and constraints.
Make complex work simpler.
Our direction is straightforward: build software that makes processes easier to understand, manage and improve.
We aim to create products that solve defined business problems without adding unnecessary complexity.
How we think about software.
Understand before building.
Start with the people, process and problem before deciding what the technology should look like.
Solve something measurable.
Every feature should have a clear reason to exist and a result that can be understood.
Keep people in control.
Software should support better decisions, not obscure responsibility behind automation.
Work with what already exists.
Good software should connect with existing systems, information and workflows whenever that makes sense.
Design for change.
Businesses evolve. The software supporting them should be able to evolve as well.
